Latham Library has the following museum passes available to borrow for three days at a time:

American Precision Museum
This pass is good for free family admission (two adults and two children under the age of 18 years) and 10% off in the museum’s gift shop.  The museum is located in Windsor, VT, and is open from May 1 through October 31, daily from 10:00-5:00.  Learn more here:

Billings Farm and Museum
This pass provides free admission for up to four people (ages 3 & up) to the Billings Farm & Museum in Woodstock, VT. The Billings Farm & Museum is an active dairy farm with an 1890 farmhouse featuring displays on rural and agricultural history. The farm is open daily, May through October, and weekends only, November through February. Learn more on their website:

Birds of Vermont Museum
Good for one free admission with one paid admission, once per season (May 1 to October 31). Not valid for special events.  The museum is located in Huntington, and more info can be found here:

Echo Lake Aquarium and Science Center

This pass provides reduced admission (currently $7 per person) for a group of up to four guests to the ECHO Lake Aquarium and Science Center in Burlington, VT. Some special exhibits require an additional admission fee. ECHO is open daily, year-round. For more info see:

Enfield Shaker Museum
This pass admits two adults plus children under 17 at no charge.  You will also receive a 10% discount at the museum gift shop and reduced workshop fees.  The museum is open daily, year-round.

Fairbanks Museum and Planetarium
This pass admits a party of up to five guests to the Fairbanks Museum and Planetarium, a museum of natural history in St. Johnsbury, VT. The Fort at No. 4 Living History Museum
This pass provides free admission for one family (two adults and all accompanying minor children) to The Fort at No. 4 for day admission during the regular season (generally May through October).  They are not valid for after hours events, fundraising events, classes or workshops.  The museum is located in Charlestown, NH.  For more info:

Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum
This pass admits up to four people to the Museum with discounted general admission ($5 per person).  The Museum, located in Boston, houses an art collection of world importance, including significant examples of European, Asian, and American art, from paintings and sculpture to tapestries and decorative arts.  For more info:  

Lake Champlain Maritime Museum
Good for free entry of one family to the museum, which is located in Vergennes and open from the end of May until mid October.  For more info see:

New Hampshire Telephone Museum
This pass admits two guests to the New Hampshire Telephone Museum in Warner, NH.  Visitors are invited to travel back in time beginning with a replica of Bell’s invention, and trace the development of the telephone through the magneto, automatic dialing and digital eras.  Also available is a working switchboard, a large collection of outside plant and testing equipment and much more!  For more info:   

Shelburne Farms
This pass provides free family admission (up to two adults plus children) to the walking trails and children’s farmyard at Shelburne Farms, an environmental education center and working farm on the shores of Lake Champlain in Shelburne, VT. Open daily year-round, although hours differ seasonally. Does not include property tours.  For more info:

Shelburne Museum
This pass provides half-price admission for two adults and accompanying children 17 and under.  Anyone using a Library Membership card must check in at the Museum’s admissions desk and present a library card  or valid Vermont ID.  Open May 1-October 31, every day from 10:00-5:00.

Vermont History Museum & Vermont Heritage Galleries

Good for free admission for one family to the Vermont History Museum in Montpelier and/or the Vermont Heritage Galleries in Barre.  For more info:

Vermont Institute of Natural Science (VINS)
Located in Quechee, VT. VINS is open year round, but days/hours change seasonally. Contact VINS before your trip to make sure they are open. Allows 4 guests $5 entry (free for 3 years & under). For more info see:
