April is a time to celebrate our public library and our librarians who promote its use and support for our community. Along with articles from the New Yorker, a documentary, “Ex Libris,” by Frederick Wiseman, will be part of our discussion. There will also be supplemental materials about Mr. Wiseman, one of the most important filmmakers of today and whose work is devoted to exploring American institutions.
