The Peabody Library hosts children’s programming year round.  In the summertime look for a librarian at Treasure Island on Lake Fairlee on Wednesdays at 11:00 am.  Storytime at the beach is held every week while the park is open.  All ages welcome!  The library also hosts a movie series for children during the summer.  During the school year the library hosts afterschool programming on Wednesdays from 3:30-4:30.  Snack and stories are always served, plus a variety of fun games, crafts, and other activities.  These programs are geared for children in grades K-3, and children who attend Thetford Elementary School may take the bus from school to the library.
