Since we unfortunately had to cancel our December meeting due to the
weather, we will hold over our December book, Gerald Durrell’s “My Family
and Other Animals” – which will provide winter cheer to one and all.   I
received several emails and calls from lovers of this book who were looking
forward to discussing it, and hope that the weather will be more favorable
for our next meeting.

As usual, the book can be obtained from your local library, via
interlibrary loan, from your favorite local bookstore or via
www.bookfinder.com, which aggregates a multiplicity of booksellers, both
the biggies like Amazon and Barnes & Noble, and lots of individual
bookstores and book dealers.
