Our next meeting will take place on Monday November 25th (the beginning of Thanksgiving week) at the Latham Library on Thetford Hill at 7 pm.

We will be discussing “The Hare with Amber Eyes” by Edmund de Waal, a professor of ceramics and noted potter, who inherited a collection of Japanese netsuke and was inspired to trace their travels since acquired by one of his ancestors, Charles Ephrussi of Paris, a friend of Proust and the model for one of his characters in   “A la recherche du temps perdu”.
