Human beings live in a world of amazing color and detail, but many animals see things a little differently. Dogs don’t see red, and cats see much better in the dark than we do, a hawk can pick out details at distances where we would need a telescope. This program will explore some of the differences in animals’ visual experiences and how plants and animals make use of sight and color. An interactive slideshow, live animals and activities will keep audiences all of ages engaged.
