The book/film discussion group returns in 2022. Our three books and companion film presentations will consider the increasingly crucial issue of immigration and how it impacts individuals and countries throughout the world.
The February selection is The Distance Between Us – by Reyna Grande.
This memoir of a childhood torn between Mexico and the U.S. considers one of the consequences of immigration – the disintegration of families. The discussion will happen over Zoom.
